Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your 21Count account and everything attached to it. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and how to do it.

What we hold

If you have created an account, or signed in with Facebook or Google, we store:

  • Account details — your name, email address, profile picture URL, and the identifier from Facebook or Google if you signed in that way.
  • Your training progress — blackjack game statistics, your level, and card counting trainer session history and personal bests.
  • Sign-in records — when your account was created and when you last signed in.

If you have never created an account, we hold no personal record of you. Anything the trainers saved is stored only in your own browser, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Option 1 — delete it yourself, right now

Sign in and return to this page, and you will be able to delete your account here in one step. If you cannot sign in — for example you have lost access to the Facebook or Google account you used — use option 2 below and we will do it for you.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Email info@21count.com with the subject Data deletion request, from the email address on the account, or tell us which Facebook or Google account you used to sign in. You can also use our contact form.

We will confirm and delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove 21Count from Facebook directly, which tells us to delete your data automatically:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find 21count in the list and choose Remove.

Facebook then notifies us and we delete the account and all associated data. Either route has the same result — you do not need to do both.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account record, saved statistics, counting trainer history and rewards are removed from our database immediately.
  • You are signed out on every device.
  • Nothing is retained in a disabled or archived state — the rows are deleted.
  • Encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days before they roll over, after which no copy remains.
  • Deletion is permanent. Your training history cannot be restored afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.

Deleting your 21Count account does not affect your Facebook or Google account, and does not remove data held by third parties such as Google Analytics or our advertising partners — see the privacy policy for how to opt out of those separately.
