21count ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.21count.com website and the 21count mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

How to delete your data

You can permanently delete your account and everything attached to it at any time. There are three ways to do it:

  1. Delete it yourself. Sign in and go to 21count.com/delete_my_data, type DELETE to confirm, and your account and all associated data are removed immediately and permanently.
  2. Ask us. Email info@21count.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address on your account or telling us which Facebook or Google account you used. You can also use our contact form. We will delete your data within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
  3. Remove the app from Facebook. If you signed in with Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find 21count and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us and we delete your data automatically.

Deleting removes your account record, your saved game statistics and level, your card counting trainer history and personal bests, and any rewards. You are signed out on every device. Nothing is kept in a disabled or archived state. Encrypted backups may hold a copy for up to 30 days before rolling over, after which no copy remains. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Full instructions and the delete button are here.
